In 2018, BVRIT Women’s Engineering College in Hyderabad hosted a comprehensive 40-hour Yoga Certificate Program designed to deepen participants’ understanding and practice of yoga. This program offered a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, covering various aspects of yoga, including asanas, pranayama, and meditation. Attendees gained valuable insights into the principles of yoga and developed essential skills to incorporate these practices into their daily lives. The program aimed to enhance physical fitness, mental clarity, and overall well-being, providing a robust foundation for future yoga practice.
