A seasoned expert with 14+ years of experience in the field of yoga science.

I hold a double master’s degree in management from ICFAI Business School and Kakatitya University, as well as a PhD in Management and an M.Sc in Yoga. My academic background provides a solid foundation for my expertise in yoga movements, including asanas, alignment, and integrated yoga therapy practices.
