On December 5th, 2018, BHEL Hyderabad hosted an enriching workshop on Yoga and Meditation, aimed at fostering a holistic approach to health and well-being. The session was designed to provide participants with practical techniques to incorporate mindfulness and relaxation into their daily routines. Attendees experienced guided yoga practices and meditation exercises that helped them achieve a deeper sense of inner peace and balance.
